This Read Me If You Can it mostly for changing back to the original sound from the back up file you created.

Step 1
This time you will use the other tool which is gta3audio. Open gta3audio.

Step 2
You dont have to go to your GTA Vice City folder because you are mainly using the back up file so just search whichever folder you placed it in.

Step 3
Open the sfx.SDT back up file you created.
(When creating a back up, I usually rename the folder as 'Clean SFX' just to indicate that it was never modified but we all have our own preferences so you can name it however you like.)

Step 3
This time instead of SFX ID, you will see the column SAMPLE ID which is what should be the specific file name of each sound.

Step 4
Now look for the sfx that you want to revert back to (ex. sfx00171)

Step 4.1
This time though you won't hear the sound when you highlight something. You will have to click on the green 'Play' button if you want to listen first what sound it represents in the game.

Step 5
This time you will see on the top middle right side an 'ARROW POINTING IN A FOLDER' buttong which says 'Export'
(Exporting the file means creating a copy of that sound. It will not alter anything in the sfx.SDT file itself. It will only create a seperate sfx file like the sfx00171)

Step 6
Then just highlight which sound you want to export and click on the 'Export' button.

Step 7
Once you have the sfx file created. You can just follow the same steps in the first Read Me If You Can to change the sounds in your GTA Vice City folder.

Step 8
If you have any question, feel free to message me and I will reply as soon as possible. Thank you and I hope this helps.
